We do not collect payment card details on this website. If payment is taken online it is processed by a payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

We use your details to confirm and deliver your booking, to care for your pet safely, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of the care we have provided.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Booking and message details are visible only to the owner of Dog Boarding Dubai. Our website and booking records are held on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our technology platform.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to look after your pet and to keep accurate business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at 050 609 3587 and we will action it.

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
